Wellbeing & Mindfulness in Menopause

We provide wellbeing sessions, to discuss menopause and the emotional rollercoaster it takes us on. We offer 1:1 sessions for you to just let it all out, talk about how you're feeling and discuss taking care of yourselves and cognitive mindset, empowering you with the right tools to support your wellbeing.
